Mosaics Dance Co. Performance

Waiting on the Word is an Advent themed collection of dance works that will usher audiences into the wonder, hope, peace, and beauty of the season. As poet, Malcolm Guite, explains, we get the sense of the word adventure from "advent." Join in the adventure God sends us on as we explore and inhabit the many paradoxes Advent holds such as: past/future, dark/light, waiting/consolation, certainty/uncertainty, comfort/sorrow.
Mosaics Dance Co. is a modern dance company based out of Celebrate Dance Academy led by artistic directors, Sarah Pieper and Libby Johnson. With experienced dancers ranging in ages from 15-50, their annual performance has been bringing biblical truths and worshipful expressions of movement to audiences for almost 10 years. ​

Theme Weeks
Emphasis Weeks
Celebrate hosts theme weeks throughout the year including "Roll Out of Bed Week", "Glow in the Dark Week", "Wear Your Favorite Costume Week" and more! Participation is optional - but so much fun!
Picture Day
All dancers participate in individual and group photos wearing their recital costume. We look forward to capturing these special memories April 12th, 2025!
Several times per year, CDA classes take a deeper look at some important topics! Dance History Week, Wellness Week, Art & Faith Week and more!
Dress Rehearsals & Recitals
Dress Rehearsal is a chance for each class to practice their recital dance on stage and in their costume! Participation helps dancers feel confident and ready for the recital. Most dancers will only need to attend one dress rehearsal.

"What Beauty" Christmas Show for Level 3+ Dancers
Dec 6th 7pm, Dec 7th 2pm
Celebrate Dance Academy Presents What Beauty, an original Christmas production. Come experience beauty in the midst of brokenness in the cities of London and Paris as Mr. Zimmerman leads five young friends on a tour through the eyes of his grandfather who served in World War II.
Be refreshed, inspired, and encouraged to see the beauty and be the beauty in the world this Christmas!
